Elias Mubobo has been working with wildlife for five years. He considers his job to be a dream come true. For him, being a wildlife vet in a country like Mozambique is a great honor, because he is making a difference by saving wild animals like pangolins, lions, leopards, painted wolfs, hyenas, and elephants. Elias has also worked with the Erthranger platform to monitor pangolins and all carnivores in Gorongosa National Park. All these adventures make this profession even more special for him. In 2024, he took part in a wild animal capture course in nearby South Africa, where he was able to share his experience with other veterinarians from almost every corner of the world.
